HI! My name is Oscar, and I came to the shelter on a cold, windy day in January. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being outside. But the winters here in Wisconsin are so cold! Just look what this year's did to my ears! I can still hear just fine, of course, but I do get some funny looks from the other cats at the shelter. I love being around people and cuddling with them as much as possible! I'm a very affectionate, younger gentleman. I'd love to have a new home where I can stay nice and comfortable all year round!
